Shopping.

Today we (meaning I) are (meaning am) once again blogging from a remote undisclosed location (although if you were to guess and say GK's house I would not tell you that you are wrong). Here is my question for the readers of this here website: bed shopping: when to go? what kind to get? how big? What price? Are beds haggle overable? Did I spell haggle right? I am at a loss for this experience as I have never ever had to buy my own bed before. Seriously. I've had the same bed at my Mom's place since I was twelve. Then there were the dorm beds. In Vegas my first two rooms came with a bed and my last place, I had one matress given to me and the box spring (as well as my frame) I found while dumpster diving in my apartment complex. I am not a furniture buyer. I am a furniture scavenger. Other household things: sheets, bedspreads, towels, pillows--those I am an expert at shopping for. But furniture? I have no freakin' clue. Advise please my readers who have more experience in this than I.
