Who needs their feet on solid ground?

Do you ever have those moments? You know the ones I'm talking about, where something inside of you sits up and takes notice because you realize that you are exactly where you should be and the thought makes you more content than a cat who has just munched on 40 canaries. You memorize those moments because you know that no sooner than you notice your contentedness the moment will be over. You'll think to much, somebody will sneeze, a car outside will backfire, the cat will throw up...something will happen to rip you right back to the daily grind of life. But it won't matter. It won't matter because you have memorized that moment and it will always be there for you to play in, in your imagination. I know what you're thinking. "Aw crap, she gets a boyfriend and suddenly everything is fluffy clouds and cute puppies! Where did our loopily loveable cynic Erin Abbott go?" Fear not dear blog readers! I promise you that pretty soon something will happen that will get to me and the ranting in your faceness will return. Right now, though, I am just really thankful that when people told me to take my head out of the clouds I didn't listen. I really like my imagination.
