New Computer

I am writing this to you on MY NEW COMPUTER.... I can't get over it.... Tonight I came home and there was a CPU, Monitor and new Keyboard sitting where my old crappy laptop used to sit. I knew it was going to be here one of these days, my roommate has been making it for me from the "scraps" of old computers he's been given by a client of his, I just didn't think it would get here so SOON! My roommate ROCKS! Now.... wouldn't it be nice if I had something to write about? It's incredibly frustrating--I had ideas for writey things during my work shift tonight, but now they have all flown away at the sight of my new "baby". Of course, the first thing I did was find a picture of Johnny Depp to use as wallpaper. *Happy sighs* I am so lucky. I think now I will go and write my roommate a zillion thank you letter so he knows how much this computer is appreciated. I don't think anyone will ever truly know the extent of the dilapidation my old laptop had reached. That being said I think I will still keep it. It is, after all, my first "baby"... Oh good god, I might get all sentimental now. I'll stop writing before something so cotton candy can occur.
